Introduction Shamanic Healing by Lisa (“SHBL”) provides a variety of services, including Cacao Ceremonies, Breathwork, Psychic Card Reading, Women’s Circles, Shamanic Healing, and Group Workshops. This document outlines the terms and conditions under which these services are offered. By accessing or using these services, clients agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use SHBL’s services.
Services SHBL offers a range of services, including but not limited to Cacao Ceremonies, Breathwork, Psych Card Reading, Women’s Circles, Shamanic Healing, and Group Workshops. SHBL reserves the right to change or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
Fees and Payments Fees for SHBL’s services are set forth on the website at https://shamanichealingbylisa.com/ and are subject to change. Clients are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner. All fees must be paid in advance of the service being provided.
Cancellation and Refunds Clients may cancel their reservation at any time, but no refunds will be given for services that have already been provided. If a client cancels their reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice, they may reschedule for a future date. If a client cancels their reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice, they will not be eligible for a rescheduling or refund.
Liability SHBL is not responsible for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of participating in its services. Clients are responsible for their own health and safety and should consult a doctor before participating in any of SHBL’s services if they have any concerns. SHBL is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during its services.
Intellectual Property All content on SHBL’s website and all materials provided in connection with its services are the property of SHBL and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Clients may not use any of SHBL’s content or materials for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of SHBL.
Privacy SHBL’s privacy policy is set forth on the website at https://shamanichealingbylisa.com/ and is incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.
Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
Changes to Terms and Conditions SHBL may change these terms and conditions from time to time. When we do, we will notify clients by posting the updated terms on our website at https://shamanichealingbylisa.com/ and updating the date at the top of this page.
